| Abstract; The aldosterone damages directly hearts, blood vessel, kidneys, etc. through the non-epithelium mineral corticoid acceptor in noncontingent on the blood pressure change. It is shown that the aldosterone induced organ damage occurs by unsuitable blood plasma aldosterone level for the salt condition, and that the organ damage occurs when a salt intake is unsuitable even if the blood plasma aldosterone level is normal in the clinic. It is important to know that new aldosterone blocking agent eplerenone may induce the organ damage and to clarify the relation of blood plasma aldosterone level and unsuitable salt condition before the introduction. The basic and clinical researches on organ damage induced by Aldosterone and superfluous salt were outlined. |
