| Abstract;We retrospectively studied the total 46 cases of herpes zoster with hematological disease from 1998 to 2002 who consulted to our pain clinic. We separately studied the 21 cases who were treated by nerve blocks in 25 cases who were treated by only iontophoresis and kisenonn irradiation. All cases were treated by oral drugs, such as NSAIDS, antidepressants, carbamazepine and so on. The effective rate of the nerve block treatment was 95.2% and the effective rate in those who are treated without nerve block was 96%. (author abst.) |
