| Abstract;The basic research for improvement of the middle rearing and the release technology of Branchiostegus japonicus japonicus was performed in the Kyoto Prefectural Marine Center and the Japan Sea-farming Association Miyazu Workplace.Regarding the middle rearing technology, the rearing water temperature and the feed of the fries were examined.And the egg collection test from the parental fish was carried out with the purpose of securing a large quantity of the fertilized eggs of Branchiostegus japonicus japonicus.Concerning the release investigation, the food habit was also investigated while the distribution investigation of the fries and the resources estimation were carried out in the western sea area of Wakasa Bay which would be a main release sea area.And tracking of the marked and released fish was attempted to obtain the ecological knowledge of the fries. |
