| Abstract;For the purpose of resources multiplication of Arctoscopus japonicus, the Akita Prefectural Fisheries Promotion Center and the Japan Sea-farming Association Notojima Workplace carried out the seedling mass-production, the middle rearing and development of the release technology.In Akita Prefecture the egg history of the parental fish became even and the marking condition was improved because of shortening of the carrying-in period of the parental fish by the cooperation with the fishermen.And the egg mass of 7,500,000 grains used for the mass-production test was ensured by this.In the meantime, from the growth result of the low-density rearing of Arctoscopus japonicus in the marine network fish preserves it was proven that the seedling with an overall length of 35 mm could be produced early in April.Then the marking method for the seedling was also examined for the release investigation. |
