Abstract; We developed a simple and effective silicone rubber coupling method for biochemical IC using silicone rubber films and verified by the pressureproof measurement. This silicone rubber coupling method was reusuable and it was applicable under high pressure over 420kPa. The maximum pressureproof(420kPa) is sufficiently higher than punpinng pressure(25kPa) of the micropump chip which was developed in this research room and concentration pressure(100kPa) of the micro concentration chip of which is the most necessary in the chemistry and biochemistory experiement and it provided a good seal under high pressure. In addition, the experiment of this silicon rubber cup method showed that therubber cup maximum pressure increases while the thickness of the silicone rubber gets thin, unlike the conventional sealing technology "O-ring".
