Abstract;The micromechanical random number generator applied the instability of the electrostatic microactuator was developed. It was shown that it could be realized in the very simple structure compared to the conventional random number generator. As the result of the evaluation, it was shown that the produced device can arise random numbers and can generate the sequence with small correlation. As the result, the usefulness of the random number generator using the instability of the electrostatic actuator was provided.
