Abstract; It is the report on the development of the microsensor which can analyze the concentration of single drop solution. The microsensor is mounted on a chip, and the concentration of the solution of one drop (100nL) including electrolyte and amino acid can be analyzed. The advantages of this micro sensor are that it's structure is simple, therefore it can be made on a flat chip and in addition, it can respond to the optical intensity that irradiated on the microelectrode. This microsensor can measure electrolyte or non-electrolytic solution.
