| Abstract;By the injection molding, we have fabricated the microneedle arrays whose dimension of 300.MU.m in height, 100 and 150.MU.m in diagonal length of bottom surface and with densities of 900 and 4400 needles/cm2. The resist pattern is beforehand produced by three-dimensional and micromanufacturing using the exposure movable resist in the LIGA process. Considering the anticipated use in medicine, the poly L lactic acid was chosen as the material which coincided with requirement of the biodegradability and the biocompatibility. |
