Abstract; As a semipermeable membrane used for the controlled potential electrolysis style sensor, the arsine detection sensor was studied using carbon-fluororesin mixed film. From the viewpoint of the semipermeable membrane, the development of the sensor with high sensitization and high selectivity was made to be a purpose. The selectivity for sensitization and ozone of the arsine sensor was improved.By the use of carbon-fluororesin mixed film, an output for the arsine consisted over the double in using a porous fluororesin film. And, output linearity for the gas concentration was also good, and the in the long term stable sensitivity was shown. The membrane characteristic of carbon-fluororesin mixed film contributed, and it was proven that it was not almost affected for the ozone.
