Abstract;The MQL machining technology of the machining with the minimum oil mist is coming into wide use because of the benefit of alleviating the environmental impact. We have been conducting research and development in the application of the MQL machining technology to both tools and machines in order to maximize its merit and have promptly applied to broaching and roll forming. Furthermore, we have developed the drilling system that uses the MQL machining technology for the drilling of the crankshaft oil hole, improved the drilling efficiency three to five times, reduced the number of machines by half because of the effective line layout and reduced the line length to less than one third.
