Abstract;The expanation related to the measurement procedure of positionning on the disktop microrobot factory using the precise and small robot was made with the specific example.The mobile microrobot execute the cooperative work, and the precise positioning, complicated processing, observation and evaluation are carried out. Each robot has the positioning mechanism and also has the function in which each specialized for processing and measurement. It can flexibly deal with various work from machining process like fine hole drilling, to the biology regions such as droplet treatment and rotational displacement of the ovum.
