| Abstract;The high-normal blood pressure person examined safety when 800mg/day (5 times the amount of intake standard during a day) was taken for 4 weeks in this clinical trial at the aqueous extract powder from Mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii (AEPMA). All cases did not admit abnormality in a physique index, blood pressure, heartbeats, bloody chemical inspection, bloody general inspection, and urine test for the result and all examination period. In addition, abnormality was not admitted in the subjective symptom and the objective symptom, and the side effect did not appear. Both SBP and DBP are gradually decreased by intake 800mg/day at the AEPMA, a significant decrease is admitted statistically about the blood pressure at the intake 4 weeks from the beginnings, and the blood pressure has recovered gradually with the intake end.
