| Abstract; There are many not discussed parts which are identical with bronchial asthma of the year length child from differentiation and existence of the case that that it is not related to the allergy is guessed with other stridor disease, etc. on the disease state of the infant asthma. For the purpose of disease state elucidation of the infant and toddler asthma, it was examined using agglomeration (CrB) of the tracheal epithelial cell in the sputum as an index to the airway epithelium injury. The possibility of predicting afterwards repetitive stridor, progress to the infant asthma besides was indicated the existence of CrB in the sputum in the infant asthma. And, the airway epithelium peeling easily appeared by the bronchiolitis of the RSV infection, because CrB in the sputum and neutrophils elastase concentration in a RS virus (RSV) bronchiolitis showed the high value, and it seemed to develop to the infant asthma at the high rate. In addition, the relevance to the neutrophils air duct inflammation was indicated the existence of CrB in the sputum in the air duct inflammation in the infant and toddler asthma. |
