Abstract; The respiratory tract infection by virus and mycoplasma is important as one of the reasons why bronchial asthma deteriorates. Though in respiratory tract mucosa organization in the viral infection, there are activated eosinophil and neutrophils, cellular infiltration of lymphocytes, etc., it is being guessed that the inflammation relation cell activates the tracheal epithelial cell which received the infection as one of the the mechanisms by exacerbating the production of the cytokine variously in the reactivity, and that it induces the enhancement of the air duct anaphylaxia. In the meantime, the failure by the virus also considers the possibility of manifesting the factor concerning the congenital element of the air duct anaphylaxia in child who exacerbates the air duct anaphylaxia after the affection of the bronchiolitis, because it is easy to shift to the asthma in comparison with child without the enhancement.
