| Abstract;Recently, the expression of hygiene hypothesis would be used in the relation with the allergy. Though in the situation of which the sanitation environment is not better than the infant this the Th1 immune response is induced in the condition that bacteria or viral infection are easy to be received and lowers, the crisis of the allergy is the result which the crisis rate of the allergy increases, when the sanitation environment is reversely improved. The relation with the influenza infection as crisis factor of bronchial asthma has not been clearly proven. As the virus of which the relation is indicated at the crisis factor, RS viruses, adenoviruses, etc. are being mentioned. At present, it has been clarified that the influenza infection is an important factor as the factor in which the asthma is exacerbated. The immunological mechanism is complicatedly and mutually concerned, though it is uncertain on the mechanism in which the asthma symptom is exacerbated by the respiratory tract infection of the virus. A knowledge on enhancement of the air duct anaphylaxia by the viral infection, reinforcement of the air duct inflammation, effect on cholinergic nerve, .BETA. receptor accumulates. |
