| Abstract;Case of 1 were the 35-year-old women, and cough and vomiting would be often recognized about 1 year ago. Though the clear inducement was not accepted, room and human who the ventilation in the workshop was bad would appear in the abounding room abounding. Afterwards, it would also gradually react on cigarette smoke, automotive exhaust gas of the car, insecticide, and it had, since cough and vomiting, headache would be gradually considered whole-body feeling of fatigue, medical examination. It was diagnosed as a chemical hypersensitivity by clinical course and diagnostic criteria. The subjective symptom was gradually improved by ascorbic acid, vitamin B1 pharmaceutical, glutathione administration, etc.. Cases of 2 were the 35-year-old women, and concentration measurements and experiment, analysis on the chemical substance in newly built house were carried out about 1 year ago. It would gradually and sensitively react to perfume, cosmetic, haircut charge, insecticide, building material, printed matter, and pituita, pharyngalgia would be recognized, and it had it medical examination. The following were recognized : Sliding following movement abnormality by the electro-oculogram, autonomic dystonia type pupillary reaction by the electropupillometer and lowering of the visual sense contrast. It was diagnosed with that the chemical hypersensitivity was contracted, because it has participated in the analysis of the chemical substance of room air. Cases of 3 were the 38-year-old women, and the 2 day headache continued in respect of the part of the wall of the room, when the paint was changed in the self. Afterwards, it had medical examination, since it would also react to the adhesive of paint, thinner, gasoline odor, veneer. It was diagnosed as a chemical hypersensitivity based on diagnostic criteria. |
