Abstract;The symptom is on the food allergy which contracts disease in neonatal period in atypical like, and the differentiation with the surgical disease is often difficult, when the digestive symptom is shown. We experienced 2 cases of milk allergy presenting digestive symptom in postnatal early stage. 2 cases were together male infant of 8 living days, and digestive symptoms such as bloody discharge and the vomiting that it is the bile were shown in postnatal a few days. At the beginning the surgical disease was suspected, and the eosinophil number increased the organic abnormality in the oral lactation restart without recognizing, obviously. Cases of 2 the lymphocyte fragility test for the milk showed the electropositive on case of 1, and it diagnosed it as an enteritis by milk allergy, since peculiar IgE of the milk was the electropositive.
