Abstract; In dividing the primary care effect of the antiallergic agent for sugi pollinosis into primary care group ( group administered before the dispersion start day ) and dispersion post-administrate group ( group administered after the dispersion start day ), the sense of smell failure was compared and was examined. Through two investigations, the sense of smell failure was relieved by the primary care. From these results, the primary care seemed to be the usefulness for not only sneeze, pituita, nasal obstruction but also sense of smell failure.
