| Abstract;Cases were the 60-year-old women, and the pain appeared in both lower extremeties, and it was improved by the external preparation prescribed in the dermatology. Afterwards, the pruritus of limbs appeared, and it had in respect of the department concerned ambulatory treatment, since it was not improved by the external preparation either, medical examination. The contact dermatitis was suspected, and it became the electropositive in Furumeta cream prescribed in previous doctor approach, when the patch test of external preparation, etc. was enforced. It became the electropositive in cetanol, diethylsevagate, fatty acid ester of glycerin, when the patch test of the component was enforced more and more. Though the cetanol electropositive example is reported in great numbers in domestic and overseas, diethylsevagate are several examples, and fatty acid ester of glycerin is the 1 example. |
