| Abstract;The fact is to be important, when the nose disease which makes nasal allergy which examines anaphylaxia of nasal mucosa to be a beginning is considered. Sneeze frequency, pituita quantity, nasal cavity ventilation resistance change were evaluated in some parameters in order to examine the clinically simple and useful method by the test method using the histamine which is the antigen nonspecial inspection, and the reproducibility was examined. And, it also put the proper thickness of the histamine solution together, it was examined. As the result, the 0.25% histamine solution was administered on the nose mind mucosa under both sides, and the method for measuring pituita for 10 minutes by the gravimetric method seemed to be excellent. |
