Abstract; There are exvivo method and invivo method which the direct gene into the cell in the internal which carry out gene introduction by once taking out in the congenic method, target cell extracorporeal. There is a nonviral vector by virus vector using the gene introduction mechanism and physiochemical method of the virus to intracellular as a vector for gene introduction. Dermatosis often makes the epidermal cell to be mother land, and there are many researchers who study the efficient congenic method to epidermal cell. As a virus vector, the following are used : Retro lentivirus vector and adeno, adeno-associated virus vector. The advance on the gene therapy of the epidermis blister disease which we did actually was introduced. The idea of obtaining the therapy effect emphasized that it was not wrong as a root treatment of hereditary disease which is a disease of DNA and cancer by the operation of the gene.
