| Abstract;Hygiene hypothesis is based on the epidemiological study result which allergic disease decreases, since bacterial infection decreases by advance of recent antibiotics and improvement in the sanitation environment. In the paper on hygiene hypothesis, though it is endotoxin, cold, enteral bacterial bouquet, pathogen of digestive tract results to of make to be a factor, it is the other, and there is some the increase of the autoimmune disease, and the sanitation hypothesis can not be simply explained. The paper of hygiene hypothesis is a result of the epidemiological study, and it is necessary to clarify whether it is a result of whether it is a cause based on the scientific reason in future. |
