Abstract;Though the prediction of the allergic reaction by the drug is difficult generally, the pre-examination is useful in a part of drugs. The pre-examination is useful for IgE dependent type I allergic reaction, and immediate intracutaneous reaction are used. As methods of immediate cutaneous reaction, open patch test, prick test, scratch test, and intracutaneous reaction are performed.Though knowledges that the skin reaction is useful for the prediction of immediate-type allergy against penicillin and cefem antibiotics has been accumulated, those on the clinical significance of the endodermal reaction against other antibiotics are much lesser.
