Abstract;A 36-year-old woman who took gefitinib for the lung carcinoma complained of the facial papular eruption. She was diagnosed as acneiform eruption by gefitinib from her medical record, clinical observation, and pathohistological findings. The eruption was improved by external use of the hydrocortisone butyrate. However, xerosis-like skin, paronychia-like symptom, diarrhea, papule of the leg, and agria were appeared, and the pain of the skin was also occured. In spite of withdrawal of gefitinib, her symptoms were not improved. By prednisolone administration, her symptoms including pain and eruption were improved.Though acneiform eruption was recurred by the restart of gefitinib, and the symptom was milder than that of previous lesion. Gefitinib administration was continued because the original illness was aggravated.
