| Abstract; In past 6 years, analytic technology for gene polymorphism was developed dramatically, and a lot of disease-related genes were discovered. The microarray technology, especially, the technology of the oligonucleotide DNA chip was greatly was developed and the technology determining protein and mRNA quantitatively was almost completed. Such system analysis technique will be developed at an accelerated pace in future, and it seems to be applied to clinical practice. By the accumulation of the results of system analysis, cell will be constructed in silico in future. The safety and effectiveness of the drug will be comfirmed by inputting individual gene polymorphic information into human in silico model. |
