| Abstract;All allergic symptoms, especially nasal obstruction, are improved by the steam therapy. In the general steam therapy, steam at 43.DEG.C. is inhaled from nose for 10 minutes. Since the effect of steam is not kept long, it is desirable to inhale the steam 3-4 time a day. For the pregnant woman with nasal obstruction, the steam therapy seems to be a first-choice treatment. |
