Abstract;By elongation of transmission period using phaser quantity transmission and reduction of transmission quantity by using compression of current data based on non-linear quantification, here was introduced a PCM relay for protection of transmission lines without needs of fast transmission line such as optical fiber cable, and so on. By adopting this phaser PCM relay, it is possible to carry out fast data transmission using metal cables already prepared at power stations.
