Abstract;As analytical methods using antigen-antibody reactions of living things have convenience and fastness incapable of finding at physico-chemical testing methods, they are hopeful for a heavy metal testing method. Here was investigated a method making heavy metal antibody in a mouse body by giving heavy metal antigen to the mouse, to simply measure heavy metals polluting soils and so on by using the antibodies. After preparation of anti-cadmium antibody on fiscal year of 2002, on fiscal year of 2003 anti-mercury and anti-zinc antibodies were prepared.
