Abstract;Here was introduced a crack detector with upgraded speed and precision on crack detection by combining an eddy current crack detector and a supersonic one. On this detector, the former carried out rough crack detection, and then, the latter did precise crack detection on the cracks picked up by the former. Here were outlined production of the detector, development of its mechanical portion, and evaluation tests of its sensor performances.
