Abstract;Since the rising numbers of environmental issues, NACHI has been developing the cutting tools for dry process under the concept of "Economy and Ecology". Among the dry machining methods, the MQL machining method has been drawing a special attention. Utilizing our strength of machine, tool and coating technologies together, we have been studying how to improve the environmental impact, machining efficiency and quality of machined products with MQL machining. Recently we have developed new machines and tools that are severally suitable for deep-hole drilling, broaching and roll forming and marketed the machining system that utilizes the MQL machining method to the maximum level.
