| Abstract;We have developed and marketed Robot Supervisory System with which various movements and information can be monitored because multiple robot controllers are connected to one central PC. The system has two major functions: one is remote maintenance in which any troubleshooting is handled remotely; the other is the function of preventative maintenance to prevent any future trouble with robots. Maintenance cost is substantially reduced with this system along with the use of the existing functions that estimate the life of reduction gear and the time for periodic grease replacement.
