| Abstract;Material Division has been working on the application of the seeding technology used for the various tool materials to the development of materials for electric, electronic, IT and automobile parts. "Micron Hard" is the result of such achievement, and it is the product name of ultra-fine wire with high hardness for which the combined technologies of NACHI's pre-hardening technology and powder metallurgy are used. It is used in the dot pins for printers, drilling punches for semiconductor parts, and materials for EDM electrodes that relate to automobile emission control, satisfying the market need. Material Division is developing new markets for materials that can be used for various parts. (author abst.) |
