| Abstract;The dermatomyositis is the collagen disease presenting characteristic efflorescence and myositis. Since the cutaneous symptom is similar to atopic dermatitis, attention is necessary for the diagnosis. The author outlined heliotrope eruption, Gottron sign, face erythema, Shawl sign, V-neck sign, nail erythema, polymorphic anetoderma, erythema of the head. The author also outlined the pathohistological findings of the erythema with the dermatomyositis. |
