Abstract;The author outlined butterfly, exudation erythema of limbs, discal efflorescence with systemic and/or partial cutaneous lupus erythematosus. The author also explained the sclerema with scleroderma. In addition, the author described differentiation point of the efflorescence with atopic dermatitis and scleroderma and erythematodes. Though certainly the atopic dermatitis is accompanied by the pruritus, in erythematodes and scleroderma, it is not accompanied by the pruritus.
