| Abstract;The author outlined definition, diagnosis and differentiation with adult atopic dermatitis of chronic actinic dermatitis. As light dermatological test of the photodermatosis, the author introduced smallest erythema measurement, solar simulator, monochromator, patch test, photopatch test. The therapy of chronic actinic dermatitis was explained from the viewpoint of the life guidance, and the pharmacotherapy was also mentioned. |
