| Abstract;Lipoprostaglandin E1 (PGE1) is drug delivery system pharmaceutical which enclosed PGE1 in the minute adipose particle. As the pharmacological features of this drug, the author explained reduction of the deactivation in the lung, targeting to the lesion blood vessel, persistence of the effect. Clinical trial result of this drug for the peripheral circulatory disturbance by collagen disease was introduced. In addition, a case of the systemic lupus erythematosus was introduced, and the usefulness was mentioned. |
