Abstract;Leukotriene B4 (LTB4), one of the metabolites of the arachidonic acid which exists for cell membrane of mast cell, is concerned in crisis and deterioration of the atopic dermatitis. For the purpose of the control of the LTB4 production, authors developed the ointment which contained docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). A knowledge by the present on the use of this medicine for atopic dermatitis was arranged, and the effectiveness of this medicine was reported.
