Abstract;Authors reported 2 cases of allergic bronchopulmonary mycosis (48-year-old woman and 66-year-old woman). Steroid and internal use of antifungal drug were difficult on both cases. Though all IgE values were high, when only the inhalation steroid was used in the acute phase in short period, asthmatic attack and imaging findings were improved and patients were well controlled. We considered diagnosis and treatment of the allergy bronchopulmonary mycosis.
