Abstract;The case was 11-month-old boy with the food allergy. Lactation and eating denial appeared by the load test of a food restriction release, and the body weight decreased. As a result of the action analysis, that the action compulsorily ingested by the nursing person became the precedence stimulation and that it has concluded the conditioning of the fear and hatred reaction of the child to the ingestion clarified. Feeding behavior was improved by the behavior therapy in 1 month, and lactation and food intake increased. We suggested that there was a case in which the conditioning formed with the child between the environment maintains symptom and problem behavior. It was indicated that the behavioral medicine intervention was effective for such cases.
