Abstract; The author reported 3 cases of steroid responsive granulomas in head and neck regions. Case 1 was 31-year-old man with Wegener granulomatosis of the PR3-ANCA (the anti-neutrophils cytoplasm antibody) positive. Cases 2 was 56-year-old woman with Wegener granulomatosis of the MPO-ANCA (the anti-neutrophils cytoplasm antibody) positive. Cases 3 was 51-year-old woman, ANCA was negative, and the diagnosis was not possible even in the pathohistological inspection, and we suspected Wegener granulomatosis or autoimmune disease. Steroid and immunosuppressive agent were effective in all cases, and the steroid was able to be decreased gradually by the methotrexate in 2 cases. The author considered diagnosis and treatment of Wegener granulomatosis.
