Abstract;The author outlined the food-induced anaphylaxis. Avoidance of the cause food and crisis management are important for the prevention of the anaphylaxis. The first choice of treatment of the food-induced anaphylaxis is epinephrine intramuscular administration. The usage was explained. The author outlined the cautionary note in the self-administration of the epinephrine, and also mentioned on the attention in the patient with the bronchial asthma.
