Abstract;The construction of the fiduciary relation with the patient is important in order to keep the communication with the ambulatory pollinosis patient well. The author described following points to be warned. 1) interest in the latest topic and the therapy, 2) the presentation of the clinical data by the accurate diagnosis, 3) the rapid reduction in the symptom, 4) the selection of the therapy based on evidence, 5) the practice of the Taylor maid medical treatment.
