| Abstract; The redox flow cells are one of secondary cells, and can effectively and repeatedly charge and discharge some ten kW to MW class of power for a long time. This cell is forecast to carry out a field proof test by setting it to the new Kan-Den (Kansai Electric Power Co., Ltd.) building forecast to complete its construction on December, 2004. The cell has some functions such as load leveling, instantaneously low compensation, and emergent electric source. Its trial test will be forecast to carry out from April, 2004, and its full-dress operation will be forecast after completion of the building construction. |
