Abstract;Cytodiagnosis is performed in advance to histologic diagnosis, and a technique with little effect on the patient's body. However, though the conventional cytodiagnostic sample shows excellent characteristics in cytomorphological decision and screening, it was difficult to compare in the estimation of tissue construction or the application of stainig technique with diagnosis. It was necessary to prepare cell block samples as a technique to enable the above, and we have devised a cell pellicle method as a technique for preparing a sample from a specimen in an extremely minute amount.
