| Abstract;Since maintenance management with the aim of preventing the trouble and failure of autoanalyser beforehand is very important, essential points in choosing a maintenance system to match the actual circumstances of each facility, and the procedure for preparation of maintenance table, are outlined. As a general maintenance system, there are three alternatives, the user resonds to all cases except for the case of complicated failure, the user utilizes the maintenance contract system of the manufacturer, and the user requests the maintenance by the manufacturer according to necessity. The choice depends on the factors such as the frequency of use of the analyzer, the comparison between mentainance contract cost and repair cost, the repair service system in the manufacturer, and the number of fixed staff for the analyzer and the maintenance technology. In order to practice the maintenance by the laboratory staff systematically, the preparation of a maintenance table showing the items and intervals of maintenance is indispensable. |
