| Abstract;We experienced two cases of pressure ulcer that can be treated with Isodine Sugar Paste. These cases were hospitalized for a long time in bed without a toe to the floor and had pressure ulcers on the sacral region. Occulsive dressing therapies were not effective when their genral conditions were poor. However, treatment using Isodine Sugar Paste was effective under any circumstances. In recent trend, povidone iodine and gauze dressing are considered to have a bad influence upon wound healing. However, it was considered that they are effective in certain circumstances.
