| Abstract;Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films from the mixture solution of phthalocyanine (Pc) derivative/arachidic acid (AA) were accumulated on indium tin oxide (ITO) substrates with a Y-type structure. The layered structure of obtained films was investigated by AFM and XRD. The Hetero-type film, which was alternately accumulated by the mixture and pure AA layer, revealed highly orientation. A roughness Ra was 10.5 nm in the Y-type, 1.6 nm in the Hetero-type film. Bragg reflections from the lattice space of 5.4 nm were clearly observed in the Hetero-type film, while those were not obvious in the Y-type film. The absorption peak at ca. 760 nm, which was attributed to the Pc derivative, was broadened and/or vanished in the Hetero-type film. The results indicate AA layers might change the configuration of electrons of the Pc derivative. (author abst.) |
