Abstract; The possibility of the direct detection of neutralino dark matter in electron accelerators are examined. If the masses of the neutralino and selectron are nearly equal, the on-pole selectron exchange becomes dominant in the elastic scattering between the dark matter neutralino and the beam electron, when the electron beam energy is tuned to the mass difference. If the intensity of the electron beam is high enough and the mass difference is some ten %, then it is argued that the dark matter density, the velocity distribution and the dark matter wind due to the circular motion of the solar system can be measured.
