Abstract;The study of the leptonic decays of B-mesons is proposed to distinguish the Standard Model (SM) from the possible models beyond it. The pure dileptonic decay mode and the radiative mode (including the dilepton and the photon in the final state) are examined in the two Higgs doublet model and the minimal Supergravity model. The former decay mode is helicity suppressed in the SM, but is significantly enhanced in these two models. The latter decay mode, however, is not helicity suppressed even in the SM. The effects of enhanced Z-penguin diagrams on these two decay modes are analyzed.
