| Abstract;There are over 2000 cleansing machines that are currently used in Japan for the processes of heat treatment and press. Among them, nearly 500 machines have been switched to alternative cleansing method of dechlorination with vacuum degreasing machines. However, the application of the machines did not progress because of the limitation in cleansing time with the continuous process. We have newly developed Short-cycle Vacuum Degreasing Machine and named it "CLEAN MASTER SWIFT" that has substantially short cleansing time and highly improved productivity. With this new development, we were able to expand the application of vacuum degreasing machines in the continuous heat treatment and metal press processes. (author abst.) |
